About the role
At Electrify, we own and operate a portfolio of creator-led media businesses. The Commercial team are focused on building new revenue streams across the portfolio: we develop, launch and manage a range of commercial products for these creators - ranging from newsletters to subscription services and board games.
Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Strategy, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of these products. This is a multi-faceted role with a wide range of responsibilities - from applying diligent project management processes to new products in development, through to overseeing inventory management, publishing schedules and promotional calendars.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Ownership of project management for the Commercial Strategy team
Managing communications with stakeholders for actions and updates
Providing updates and reporting for the team and wider management
Coordinating content and promotional campaigns
Working closely with the publishing teams and the sales teams to coordinate content and promotional inventory
Ensuring timely approvals on copy and creative for sponsorship/promotional integrations (eg. within newsletters)
Managing supply chains
Coordinating suppliers and distribution partners for our physical products
Providing status updates and tracking dependencies across various workflows
Customer service
Managing queries around order fulfilment
Responding to / triaging initial sales enquiries
Skills and experience
English fluency
Minimum of 3 years in a Project Management and/or Operations focused role, ideally within the media industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing timelines and stakeholders
Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to translate high-level strategy into clear plans, workflows, and deliverables
Confident using project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Notion, Monday, Slack, Google Workspace)
Desirable
Exposure to, and understanding of, physical products - order fulfilment, inventory tracking, and basic ecommerce operations
Experience coordinating sponsorships or branded content, including approvals and delivery tracking
Experience handling customer service workflows or sales support queries
